Return & Replacement Policy
Nature’s Essence values its customers and hence, offers a return policy for the damaged products only. In case, you have received a product which is empty or damaged intransit, then you can initiate a return process. All you need to do is raise a request for refund, within a period of 3 days, from the date of the receiving of the products. However, please do note that we do not accept return of the products which are received in good condition but the customer has changed his/her mind or does not like the product after usage. We do not encourage return of these cosmetic items due to hygiene and other factors.
Q. Which items can be returned?
A. Only the items that are received in damaged condition can be returned or refunded. If the product is received in OK condition by the customer, then it can not be returned under any circumstances.
Q. How do I return a damaged item purchased on Naturesmagicworld.com?
A. In case your product is damaged, you can initiate a replacement process. This process can be done via a few simple steps:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email(firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (+91-11-41031397) within 3 business days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to replace your order.
Step 3: You will be required to send a picture of the damaged product on our support email.
Step 4: You will then be required to ship the damaged products to our warehouse within 3 days of the receipt of the products. We will initiate there placement process only if the products are received by us in their originalpackaging with their seals, labels and bar codes intact. Please makesure that you pack the products properly for return to avoid any damage intransit.
Q. Do I have to return the freebie when I return a damaged product?
A. Yes. If any free gift or comb offer is included as a part of the item order, then it needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Q. How will I get replacement for the returned/refunded orders and how long will this process take?
A. In the case of a return, we process it once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. We will credit your account with the value of the goods returned with which you can make a new purchase.
